Ez McCormick

Ez McCormick was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Raised a few towns over in Lehi, Utah. Ez has been passionate about theater from a very young age. The first time they saw professional theater, they were 12 years old. From that moment, they were enraptured with understanding how it all worked.

Ez stage managed their first show in junior high, where they worked as the Stage Manager for the season of shows that year. While working on Descendants: The Musical, they realized they loved stagework and knew they were passionate about pursuing Stage Management.

In June 2024, Ez was asked to stage manage their first community theater show, where they co-stage-managed The Crucible with Center Street Theatre. This opportunity solidified that this career was exactly what they wanted to do!

After graduating high school with honors one year early, they are continuing to Stage Manage at the University of Utah and in the local community as much as they can, with plans to take their career to the East Coast!
